Delivery Timeframe

GMHCAR will arrange shipment within 10 days after receiving full payment and all compliant documents, and will notify buyers of any necessary delays while assuming no responsibility for delays caused by missing documents or late payments.

  • Shipment arranged within 10 days after full payment

  • Delays caused by buyer documentation are not covered

  • Delay notices must be acknowledged within 24 hours

Logistics Liability

Under FOB and CIF terms, logistics responsibilities differ between the buyer and GMHCAR, but internationally compliant transport will be ensured regardless of method, with GMHCAR offering assistance while not losses caused by uncontrollable circumstances.

  • FOB: Buyer appoints the logistics provider

  • CIF: GMHCAR appoints the freight forwarder

  • Port congestion or policy delays are not GMHCAR’s liability

Delivery Requirements

After the arrival of the vehicle at the port, GMHCAR will assist with customs clearance documentation, and the buyer must pick up the vehicle within the allowed timeframe to avoid additional storage, demurrage, or port-related penalties.

  • Pickup required within 7 days

  • Late pickup incurs storage and port fees

  • Vehicles unclaimed after 30 days may be disposed

General Terms

GMHCAR may revise policies with public notice, resolve disputes through HKIAC arbitration, and terminate transactions involving fraudulent materials or malicious return requests, ensuring a fair and transparent trading environment for all buyers.

  • Revised policies take effect after a 7-day notice

  • Disputes resolved under HKIAC arbitration rules

  • Fraudulent actions allow GMHCAR to terminate service
